Planting Services

Green Shoots (Gardening and Horticulture) offers the following planting services:

1. FREE no obligation initial consultation

Prior to providing any planting services, Green Shoots (Gardening and Horticulture) will visit you to discuss your requirements.  Prior to providing any planting services, you will be provided with a written quote for the planting services you require and a proposed payment schedule.  The agreed services, price and payment schedule will form the basis of a written agreement.

1.  Planting survey 

This is a plan of your existing garden or part(s) of it.

2. Planting brief

Based on a discussion with you, this is a document that captures your plant preferences.

3. Planting sketch

This is a sketch of planting ideas based on the planting survey and brief, showing plants in position.

4. Purchasing

Plants, compost, fertilizer and micorrhizal funghi can be acquired on your behalf subject to payment for the same in advance.  Alternatively, you can be accompanied around garden centres by an experienced plantsman to assist you in your plant and other purchases - right plant for the right location.

5. Planting

This is undertaking the planting, including soil enrichment as required.
