1. FREE no obligation initial consultation
Prior to providing any garden maintenance services, Green Shoots (Gardening and Horticulture) will visit you to discuss your requirements. Prior to providing any garden maintenance services, you will be provided with a written quote for the garden maintenance services you require and a proposed payment schedule. The agreed services, price and payment schedule will form the basis of a written agreement.2. Seasonal maintenance
This is a number of visits to your garden reflecting the changing seasons.
3. Garden clearance
This is removal of unwanted plants, features and debris. Waste removal can be arranged on your behalf and requires payment in advance.
4. Planting plan
This is a list of plants that will grow in your garden. Plants can be acquired on your behalf subject to payment for the same in advance.
5. Garden features
This includes earthworks, patios, walls, fencing, decking areas, pergolas, wooden (or hypertufa) troughs and water features. Where necessary, subcontractors are used. Garden feature materials and waste/ topsoil removal can be arranged on your behalf and requires payment in advance.
6. Weed control
This can include removing weeds, the application of herbicides, burning and laying weed suppressing membranes and mulches. Please note some herbicides can affect the soil for more than ayear preventing any plant growth. Some weeds require expert removal by subcontractors e.g. Japanese Knotweed.
